These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Signature Africa Digital Bank, a financial institution licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and insured by the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC).

- "Customer," "you," "your" refers to any individual or entity using our services
- "Services" includes all banking products, digital platforms, and financial services we provide
- "Account" means any deposit, loan, or investment account you maintain with us
- "Digital Channels" includes our mobile app, website, and online banking platforms
3. Eligibility and Account Opening
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to open an account
- You must be a Nigerian citizen or legal resident
- You must provide valid identification and complete our KYC process
- You must have a valid Bank Verification Number (BVN)
3.2 Account Opening Process
Account opening is subject to our approval and compliance with regulatory requirements. We reserve the right to decline any application or close accounts that do not meet our standards or regulatory obligations.
4. Use of Services

Our current fee schedule is available on our website and mobile app. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice. Fees may include but are not limited to:

6. Digital Banking Services
6.1 Mobile App and Online Banking
Our digital channels provide 24/7 access to your accounts, subject to system maintenance and availability. Features include account monitoring, transfers, bill payments, and customer support.
6.2 System Availability
While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend services for maintenance, security updates, or technical issues with reasonable notice when possible.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with Nigerian data protection laws and international best practices.

11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Internal Resolution
We encourage customers to contact our customer service team first to resolve any disputes or complaints.
11.2 External Resolution
If internal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be escalated to the Consumer Protection Department of the Central Bank of Nigeria or resolved through arbitration under Nigerian law.
12. Regulatory Compliance
We operate under the supervision of the Central Bank of Nigeria and comply with all applicable banking laws, anti-money laundering regulations, and consumer protection requirements. Your deposits are insured by NDIC up to the maximum limit.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time with 30 days' notice through our digital channels or direct communication. Continued use of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of Nigeria.
